Solace Harbor is an orbital survival harbor designed so that Solace Seed and Biosolace can dock and receive energy, repair, diagnostics, supplies, and replacement survival habitats.

Solace Harbor is not a central institution that summons, evaluates, and affiliates Exodists. It is a neutral infrastructure that helps beings who have already secured distance from social gravity maintain the continuity of survival. It is not a place that reverses the departure of Entropy Exodus, but a base of supply and regeneration that prevents departure from ending as mere death or abandonment.

The basic functions of Solace Harbor include docking of Solace Seed, energy charging, biological state confirmation, device diagnostics, inspection for radiation and impact damage, supply of essential materials, and provision of a new Biosolace. When necessary, it can supply a new Biosolace to the Exodist through 3D printing, module assembly, and automated maintenance systems. It can also replace or upgrade damaged modules of the existing Biosolace.

Solace Harbor is especially closely related to Comet-type Biosolace, or CB. Because CB can repeatedly approach and depart without being completely severed from the social sphere, Solace Harbor becomes the contact point of this rhythm. However, it must not become a point of belonging. The Exodist must be able to stay as long as necessary, receive necessary supplies and maintenance, and then leave again. Staying must be a choice, and return must not become an obligation.

The operation of Solace Harbor must not be entrusted to the monopoly of a specific corporation or a single state. Since it is a survival infrastructure, one must guard against the danger of it degenerating into a subscription model, monopoly pricing, arbitrary access denial, political loyalty demands, or a means of privacy surveillance. Solace Harbor must be guaranteed fairness and accessibility under the management of a supranational body such as an international organization. Its operational purpose must lie not in controlling Exodists, but in maintaining the right to survival.

Solace Harbor does not look into the internal life of Exodists. The thoughts inside Biosolace, virtual reality experiences, conversations with AI, life patterns, and emotional states must not, in principle, become objects of surveillance. It deals only with the minimum external signals necessary for survival and navigation, such as docking, collision risk, biological crisis, energy depletion, and rescue requests. If this principle collapses, Solace Harbor becomes not a harbor, but a watchtower.

Therefore, Solace Harbor is a public device that supports the realism of Entropy Exodus. Although it weakens the ideal of complete non-dependence, it also reveals the conditions of a more mature independence. The Exodist can exist alone in space, but that aloneness must not mean abandonment and death. Solace Harbor is a harbor built on that boundary. It is a minimal common foundation that helps the one who has left continue to live without owning that person again.
